The Zambia National Athletic Women’s Team on Saturday minted a gold medal in the 4x100m women’s relay beating the likes of South Africa and Botswana during the CAA Southern Region Championship in Mauritius with a time of 45.75. The relay team comprised of Lumeka Katundu, Agnes Mazala, Helen Makumba, Rhodah Njobvu and Suwilanji Mpondela (substitute). The girls also minted Silver and Bronze in 100m through Hellen Makumba and Rhoda Njobvu respectively. Mpondela said it was an exciting period for ZAAA having a
